Daily Tele continues bizarre campaign about some alleged phone conversation

IT is the ultimate souvenir gift from Washington to a leader at a global summit – your own grip-and-grin pic with the US President.

The White House then adds an extra ego-stroking touch by putting the picture on its website so the world can see your familiarity with power. But not for Kevin Rudd.

The Daily Tele continues to publish stories about the impact of some alleged comments about a phone conversation between George Bush and Kevin Rudd and how that’s somehow damaged Australia’s standing in the world. Now it seems Rudd’s not been included in some happy snaps of the G20 event.

But do you want to see what doing real diplomatic damage looks like? Do you want to see a lame duck president in action? Do you want to see what News Limited won’t tell you? Will someone please tell those losers at the Daily Tele that it’s over. Bush is a has been. No-one cares what Bush thinks or says or does. He is a joke. And WEE are sure that he’s got more significant rejections to worry about than those he might be getting from the Australian PM.
