Comment publishing guidelines at news.com.au

The good folk at News Limited sometimes give us a good laugh here at WEE. This little gem after you press the submit button on their comments site is just fabulous…

Please note that we are not able to publish all the comments that we receive, and that we may edit some comments to ensure their suitability for publishing.

Feedback will be rejected if it does not add to a debate, or is a purely personal attach, or is offensive, repetitious, illegal or meaningless. or contains clear errors of fact.

Although we try to run feedback just as it is received, we reserve the right to edit or delete any and all material.

This is just priceless – if only they would read these guidelines prior to publishing their own articles that are usually riddled with nonsense that does not add to a debate, is purely a personal attack, is often offensive, repetitious, or meaningless!

The irony is just too delicious.
